The Laugavegur runs for a length of 54 kilometers through Iceland.
The difficulty of the trail is rated as easy and it usually takes 3 days to walk the Laugavegur.

The drinking water supply is on the way no problem, since there are numerous possibilities to fill up the water supplies.

There are no grocery stores along the way, so you have to take all the food you need with you for the entire trail.
You can stay overnight in a tent/tarp and in managed huts.

Campfires are currently prohibited. However, this can change at any time.
Therefore, please be sure to pay attention to public notices and a possible risk of forest fires..
